Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Pip's World at pipsworld.app. Creating an account means you agree to them. We've kept them in plain language on purpose.

The service

Pip's World generates personalized, illustrated, narrated bedtime stories featuring your child alongside our characters. Accounts must be created by an adult (18+); the app is designed for parents to use with their children.

Plans and billing

• The first story is free, no card required.
• Pro ($11.99/month or $109.99/year) includes 13 new stories each month. Pro Plus ($19.99/month or $179.99/year) includes 20.
• Monthly new-story credits reset each billing month and unused credits don't carry over — but every story you've made is yours to keep and re-read forever, on any device you sign in on, for as long as you have an account.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel anytime in the app; your plan then runs to the end of the period you've paid for. If something went wrong with a charge, email us — we're one small company and we fix things.

Your stories

The stories, pictures and narration generated for your family are yours to read, keep, download and share personally. We don't use them for anything except delivering the service to you. You may not resell or mass-republish generated content as your own product.

Fair use

Don't attempt to abuse the generation systems (scripted or bulk requests), share one account across many families, or use the service to create content unrelated to its purpose. Generation has daily safety ceilings that normal family use never touches.

The honest disclaimers

Stories are generated by AI and, while we work hard on quality and safety, an occasional odd sentence or imperfect picture can happen — the retell button is your friend. Pip's World is entertainment for families; it isn't an educational, medical or therapeutic service. The service is provided “as is,” and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

If we change these terms meaningfully we'll update the date above; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. Questions: sales@theinsanelywicked.com.
